ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Corporate Brokers is launching a newly branded division to serve the customer service industry. The division, Asphire (pronounced 'aspire'), will begin conducting business in March.
"We are extremely excited to introduce our newest division of the Corporate Brokers family, Asphire," says Corporate Brokers CEO Shane Ireland. "This division was conceived to directly serve one of our core customer segments. Asphire will be dedicated solely to working with clients in the customer service industry and the incredible group of customer service professionals deserving of a staffing company who will be committed to helping them reach their fullest potential."
Managed by National Account Manager Doug Pfeffenberger, Asphire is the first division of parent company Corporate Brokers to break out into its own brand. Corporate Brokers' other divisions will follow suit throughout 2017.
"Our hands on approach to recruiting will help match candidates with their ideal positions and help clients achieve their goals by providing great talent to successfully complete projects during their peak business times," says Pfeffenberger.
Asphire, a play on the words 'aspire' and 'hire', will open doors for candidates who need a guide to help them with their career journey.
"It simply comes down to the unique methods we apply to ensure our consultants feel like they're a fit for the position and the opportunity for them to flourish, gain valuable experience, and skills," adds Recruiter Bryan Gardiner. "On the client side, our hiring process provides consistent solutions to their customer support needs through attracting, selecting, and retaining the best talent in a high turnover industry."
High turnover is often a big problem, not only in the customer service industry, but also when dealing with temporary staffing. Asphire aims to bring humanity to the industry like never before by working to guide clients and candidates to achieve their fullest potential and, thereby, increasing employee retention.
"We are an organization that strongly believes in having a conversation before making an assumption off a resume," explains Recruiter Jake Zimmerman. "When a candidate views our positions as not just a job, but an opportunity to advance themselves, it helps us change their lives."
Which is exactly where Asphire's motto, "open doors", comes in. The team's commitment to looking beyond a candidate's resume leads to a much more impactful and personal experience that benefits the job seeker and employer for the long term.
"'Open doors' is something that, to me, is a great embodiment of our group [Asphire] and a further reflection of Corporate Brokers' values. We strive to look beyond resumes, to get to know our candidates, and to truly find a position that will be the right fit and benefit both client and consultant. This means performing our due diligence in educating our candidates and setting them up for success. By doing this, we will be able to open new doors for our consultants in both their careers and personal lives," says Recruiter Matt Simon.
Candidates and clients can check our the Asphire landing page at www.asphirestaffing.com. Be on the look out for a fully functional website in the coming months with an integrated application platform and other awesome features! Here's to opening doors in 2017...
